With experience in agencies like Harcourts, LJ Hooker and the Professionals, Kristal commenced in the industry in 2006 as a receptionist at Harcourts Property Management (New Zealand). This experience allowed Kristal to develop her skills and appreciation of the real estate industry. A couple of years following, Kristal took on a small portfolio of rental properties (including some commercial), which at Harcourts. She then continued to grow as a property manager, with much larger portfolios in both NZ and once relocating to the Gold Coast. Kristal commenced at CCR in 2015. She is a valued member of the CCR team with her vast experience, commitment and warm approach to clients. Kristal endeavours to give the best possible service in property management. She is dedicated to her team at CCR and to CCR clients & customers. Kristal’s positive, gentle and enthusiastic approach to property management is highly regarded.
