It is a furnished, private bedroom available on the first floor (there are 16 easy stairs) of our spacious 3 bedroom townhouse, with a shared bathroom. We are a professional couple, who have just become empty-nesters : our youngest child has moved out to pursue her university program in Melbourne.
Please note that we have a very friendly dog (2 year old Golden Retriever-Poodle cross) who would love your company.
Rent includes : electricity, water, internet, utilities, linen (if required).
Must be willing to sign 12 months agreement.
