About the Place:

My humble abode is a modern two bedroom, two bathroom apartment in a great location. It's in walking distance to shops, gyms, boutique cafes and a bus stop 150m from the door. The available room has a ceiling fan and a mirrored built-in wardrobe. You'll have the bigger bathroom (with a bath). The apartment has a large enclosed balcony, extending the living room, which is great for entertaining. If you're not into entertaining, not to worry, Netflix is included. There's a washing machine and clothes dryer. Despite being so close to everything, the street is pretty quiet. Street-parking is readily available. I may be biased, but its a pretty great place to live :)

PS Furniture in the room will be removed so you can make it your own! Or for $10 extra per week the room can be furnished.

Hola potential flatmate! I'm Sam, a passionate young professional. I'm easy-going and fun-loving, and do enjoy the occasional wine after a big day's work. Definitely not a party-animal, I do enjoy my quiet downtime, but always am up for a chat or hang! Will be home most week nights, but weekends am always out and about with family and friends. I like to keep the place clean, but am not a clean-freak, and do understand that it's a home not a museum. I love a good laugh and the occasional Netflix binge with Ben and Jerry's in-hand! I respect people's space and want this place to be just as much home for you as it is for me :) I am a renowned plant-killer so any support in rehabilitation would be greatly appreciated. Help!

My current flatmate is off on a new adventure (exciting but sad at the same time) and moves out early June. Am looking for a flatmate with similar traits to myself.
